From 11.00am to 2.00pm on Sunday Mark brings you an alternative Sunday Roast, simply garnish with roast potato's, peas, carrots, sprouts and a liberal spalsh of gravy...sprouts optional!

Favourite Group or Artist:   Van Gough

Biggest star you've met:   North Star

Claim To Fame:   Runner-Up, Pontins Isle of Wight Talent contest 1988. I sang! ... (Or tried to).

What's in your pocket right now?   Fluff ....  (The 'Pick of the Pops' DJ) ... He retired there.

Most embarrassing moment on air:  Years ago, accidentally playing 'You're History' by Shakespear's Sister during a Love Songs Hour! Oops!

Have you ever been mistaken for anyone else?   Simon Mayo once mistook me for Paul McKenna ... (I hypnotised him into apologising!)

If you didn't work on the radio, what would you do?  Blimey! Work for a living I guess?! Coronation Flag Seller probably?!

Hobbies:  No time. Radio's my life don't you hear!!

Star Sign:  Virgo (with all it's pernickety characteristics, for which my wife will no doubt vouch!)

Favourite Colour:  Red, white, whatever bottle's open at the time.

Favourite Drink:  Red, white, whatever bottle's open at the time.

The song you sing on karaoke:  I don't. After Pontins the mic always appears to be broken when I get up to sing. Funny that eh?

Most worn item of clothing and why?  Can't possibly say. The wife might be looking in.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?  Next door to Sophie Ellis Bextor. (Like you need a 'why'?!? Ha!)

Favourite Football Team:  Sadly the beautiful game is not so for me. Grown men kicking a bag of air around! Why, that's almost as ridiculous as going into a small room, playing records and talking to yourself for three hours.

Favourite Food:  Anything my wife cooks... (I told you she might be looking in)

Who would you like to spend a romantic meal with and why?  My wife if she's looking in here! Ahhh! ... (Sophie Ellis Bextor if not!)

Ryan sets up, just time for a swift lemonade

After spending the day on the 'Battle Bus' collecting donations from local companies and organisations the Save The DGH campaigners ended up at The Rodmill Pub in Eastbourne to collect more cash for the 'fighting fund'. Ryan was there too to present his show (well, is at a pub after all!!)
